After feeling better from having her first little cold, Ava went to lunch today with Mommy & Sarah.

Sarah will make a great Mommy some day (hopefully soon so Ava can have a playmate)

Ava is a big cousin today!

Ava's 'little' cousin Emily Catherine was born today, 8/7/08 (that's the inverse of Ava's birthday of 7/8/08). "Little" Emily weighed in at 9 lbs, 7 oz and is 22 1/2 inches long (the same height as Ava!). Here's some pictures of the girls meeting today:

Ava had her one month doctor's appointment & 1st shot today! She was so good, even after the shot, that Dr. Giombetti asked Mommy "Is she like this all the time?". He said she had such a great disposition. Ava has grown 1/2 inch and gained one pound since her last appointment two weeks ago! She's now 22 1/2 inches and weighs 9 lbs. 15 ounces!

Aunt Re-Re's house. . .

Aunt Re-Re bought Ava this cute outfit and Mommy just had to take a picture of Ava next to it - she can't believe she will be fitting into it in only a couple more months:
Aunt Re-Re is always thinking of Ava. Every time she pays a visit to Aunt Re-Re's house she always comes back with something special. This Monday, Ava came home with her swing, its great for afternoon naps:

Ava was born 4 weeks ago today, at 8:30 pm. Mommy can't remember life without her.

Ava loves Uncle Louie. . .

Every afternoon Uncle Louie visits Ava; reads the NY Times to her, listens to classical music (it's good for her brain!). What is Mommy going to do once he starts law school again in a few weeks?

Ava had her first visit to Grammy Michelle and Mike's house tonight. Mommy loves them so much.

Thanks to Mike being so lucky, Ava got herself a really nice stroller to cruise around in :)

Ava started her medicine again this morning so she was a little fussy during our visit, but she calmed right down the second Mike held her. She's in love.
